The 5-minute walk from Deptford train station will take you to Leisure Centre. Working in conjunction with Lewisham Council, our 50 station gym also has two fitness studios and a third studio on the first floor. Our 25m fitness pool is open for supervised swimming and family swimming seven days per week. We offer a variety of different types of exercise classes, ranging from Group Cycle to Zumba. Our soft play area on the first floor offers a wonderful area where our younger visitors can have fun and burn off energy.:
