Red Wharf Bay is a large, east coast-of-Wales bay. It is attracted to birdwatchers from all over with its abundance of feathered friends – the sand flats were teeming with purple and white pelicans during our visit!
Red deer can also be found there as well as various waterfowl such as ducks or geese in wintertime when they come to feed on fish left behind by the low tide.
