Fulsam Rock Beach is a small sandy beach that only comes into view when the tide goes out. The shoreline consists of extensive underwater rock formations and you can see them from far above, which give this stretch of coast its name; Fulsam means “full” in Latin meaning there’s no gaps or open spaces for waves to come through here-in other words it’ll always be fully covered! A promenade sits at a high elevation with lush gardens behind it where visitors may walk during low tide.:
