The most southerly point of Donegal is a haven for adventurers. The seaside resort town, Bundoran sits at the end of long golden beaches and towering cliffs that overlook huge bodies of water like Donegal Bay to its west or Lough Swilly further south in Tyrone – both beautiful places you can explore on foot if need be! At this spot, there are two beaches; Main Beach (a Blue Flag sand) which also features rocks as well as a promenade-backed beach just beyond it towards Derrybeg village–both perfect spots.:
